This weekend I’m opening this workshop to all of you in my Nourished Woman Nation community because I know that it’s hard to focus on your needs and your nourishment during the busy holiday season. 

The Health Full Fridge Workshop guarantees that you’ll be taken care of because you’ll fill your fridge with delicious, deeply nourishing, easy grab’n’go food!

She is passionate about making healthy-eating easy, fun and do-able for busy women. She is a wiz in the kitchen but certainly wasn’t always that way, so she can show you the way.

What your kitchen session will look like:  SATURDAY, Dec 16th  2019

We’ll start with Foundations Class: We’ll meet on the PHONE or COMPUTER! Put a headset on or click on speaker phone or speaker on your computer- you’ll want to be hands-free! No video either – I want you focused on YOUR cooking so YOUR fridge is full! You’ll get an easy link to connect to the workshop

Learn how to set yourself up for a successful cooking session. Look at both inner and outer obstacles that tend to sabotage us, and how you can move through them. Build your strategy for your kitchen time and get all your pre-cooking questions answered.

60 minute Power Session  for highly-focused work in the kitchen. You’ll be guided and you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions at any time!

10 min – Clean up, check in, reset

 Insights & Answers & tidying: Nina will customize her teaching based on questions submitted by the group and common areas of focus. Analyze, Anchor, Envision & Pack It All UP: Analyze your day’s accomplishments so you can see what really worked for you.  Anchor your personal process so you can use it again and again. Envision your next steps so you can continue to honor your health and create the life you want.

F.A.Q.’s:

Q. I have allergies, will these recipes work for me?

A. All of the Healthy Full Fridge recipes are gluten-free, sugar-free and dairy free. If you have a nut allergy, please let me know and I can give you an alternate recipe for any recipe that contains nuts. But have no fear, we may be going allergy-free but we are going for taste-full! All my recipes are delish!

Q. Do I need special kitchen tools?

A. You’ll need a blender and a food processor. If you don’t want to invest in one, just borrow one for the day so you can see how fast food prep can be with the right tools.

You’ll also need some kitchen basics like knives, bowls, chopping boards and baking dishes.

Q. What if I don’t like what we’re making or I have picky eaters in the house?

A. Not everyone likes everything, it’s true. During your Healthy Full Fridge day you’ll be making healthy basics that you can tweak to suit your particular palate.

The problem is that these issues get in the way of one my core goals – I want to be healthy and feel good in my body!

  • How much money would you save if you didn’t have eat out or order-in all the time?
  • How much frustration could release if your meals for the week were planned?
  • How much time could you save by doing some prep ahead of time?
  • How much self-rejection could you avoid by giving yourself the gift of healthy food?
